Custom Shape

**All custom shape requests will be handled case-by-case. Some requests will require patterns, and some may need in-depth diagrams emailed to us**

Step 1: Measure your cushion and fill in the values in the calculator. All cuts will be made in accordance with your specified dimensions. Be as accurate as possible to ensure fit.

Step 2: Select a foam density from the three density options in the drop-down menu. Below is the specification on the three densities offered:

• Poly: Described as a decorative material with a 1.0lb density. You can expect roughly a year's lifespan with this density if it were used daily. Multiple years can be had if the use was minimal or if used as decor. This density is the softest of the three with an ild of 26. The ild is a compression measure that is the amount of weight needed to compress a 4" piece of foam 25%.
• HD32: A significant step up from the Poly. HD32 offers roughly a 3-5yr lifespan with a 1.8lb density. This density is more of a medium firmness with a 32 ild.
• Qualux: A premium, high-resilience foam offering a 10-15yr lifespan with a 2.5lb denity This foam is unique as it offers a spring-back feel, mimicking a cushion that would have internal springs. This variant has medium firmness with a 31 ild. Qualux is fire-retardant, meeting the California C117 flammability standards.

Step 3: Choose to add a 1" polyester batting wrap around each cushion. The polyester batting is a 1" thick, 1 ounce fiber adhered to the top, front, and bottom of the cushion.

Step 4: Add the desired quantity to your cart and proceed to checkout! Alternatively, you can add other sizes and styles from our shape options, which are listed on the home page.
